4. Client Obligations

4.1. Accurate Details: You must provide truthful and accurate information required for our services.
4.2. Payment Deadlines: Payments must be made according to the agreed timeline. Failure to pay may lead to service suspension.
4.3. Legal Compliance: You agree to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations while using our services.

5. Fees and Payments

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing prior notice as outlined in the contract.
8.2. Taskflowing LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activities
• Non-payment

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Taskflowing LLC will not be held responsible for:

• Loss of income, profits, or data
• Indirect or incidental damages

9.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

10. Indemnification

10.1. You agree to protect and hold Taskflowing LLC harmless from any claims or costs arising from:

• Breach of these Terms

• Legal or third-party violations

11. Service Availability

11.1. We strive for uninterrupted services but cannot guarantee availability due to factors such as maintenance or external disruptions.
11.2. Whenever possible, clients will be informed of planned outages.

12.2. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in New Mexico courts.

13. Force Majeure

13.1. Taskflowing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or cyberattacks.

16.2. Any previous agreements, written or verbal, are overridden by this document.

17. Order Cancellation

17.1. Cancellation by the Client:

• Clients may request to cancel an order by providing written notice to Taskflowing LLC.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the service to be eligible for a refund, if applicable.

17.2. Refund Eligibility:

• Orders canceled within the stipulated timeframe (48 hours before service commencement) may be eligible for a partial or full refund, as outlined in the service agreement.
• If a service has already commenced, no refunds will be issued.

17.3. Administrative Fees:

• Taskflowing LLC reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from any refunds issued for canceled orders to cover incurred costs.

17.4. Cancellation by Taskflowing LLC:

• Taskflowing LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases such as:
  • Breach of terms by the client.
  • Unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to deliver the service.
• In such cases, the client will be notified, and a refund will be processed, if applicable.

17.5. Force Majeure:

• Orders may not be canceled or refunded in cases of delays or disruptions caused by events outside Taskflowing LLC’s control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies.
